the location was wuite good , the rooms were nice and we got upgraded but one of the rooms was very small, there was plenty of parking and the staff were mostly nice and helpfull. the water and snacks in the loby were nice' a very good envirment for people who want to be close to chabad house

This is our second visit to Nice, and this hotel is extremely stylish and exquisite. It is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Interestingly, all the surrounding roads are named after musicians. David at the hotel was incredibly warm and hospitable. He upgraded our room and arranged a super gorgeous suite for us. When we opened the door, we were overjoyed. There was a typical Parisian balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a cozy sofa. The view was absolutely stunning. This hotel also features a very unique elevator with a history of over a hundred years. Every time we stepped out of it, it felt like we had traveled through time, just like a scene from a movie. The breakfast at the hotel was also great. The flavored black tea after the meal was exceptionally delicious. Thanks to Norean Diane and Charles for their thoughtful service. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines modern chic with historical charm. From the environment and facilities to the service, every detail reflects its high quality. The Hotel is location within a ten minute walk of the railway station. It is ideally located in a quiet mainly residential district. The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly and brought a sense of real joy , especially Noreen who made every morning so cheerful along with Diame, David and Charles. A terrific team who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable ; thank you all. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food available which was plentiful and full of variety. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower hot and powerful.

We recently stayed at the Riviera Collection with our toddler, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are perfect for families. We were delighted to find our room ready even before the check-in time, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options that we all enjoyed. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Noreen, Diane, and David for their exceptional help and support throughout our stay. Their warm welcome made us feel right at home, while the attention to detail ensured our room was always comfortable. Thanks to their efforts, our vacation was stress-free and truly enjoyable.

Excellent location. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast all you needed to set up for the day. We arrived quite late in evening and asked at Reception where we could eat at that time, and were directed to small brassiere just down the road. Food excellent there and very friendly as well.
