This is our second visit to Nice, and this hotel is extremely stylish and exquisite. It is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Interestingly, all the surrounding roads are named after musicians. David at the hotel was incredibly warm and hospitable. He upgraded our room and arranged a super gorgeous suite for us. When we opened the door, we were overjoyed. There was a typical Parisian balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a cozy sofa. The view was absolutely stunning. This hotel also features a very unique elevator with a history of over a hundred years. Every time we stepped out of it, it felt like we had traveled through time, just like a scene from a movie. The breakfast at the hotel was also great. The flavored black tea after the meal was exceptionally delicious. Thanks to Norean Diane and Charles for their thoughtful service. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines modern chic with historical charm. From the environment and facilities to the service, every detail reflects its high quality. If you're planning a trip to Nice, choosing this hotel will surely guarantee you an unforgettable and wonderful stay.

A standout part of my experience was Noreen’s incredible coffee – hands down the best I’ve had during my travels. The kindness , cooperation of the entire staff. The smile of staff reflect their happiness to serve the customers . We felt a family atmosphere during our 2 nights staying . The loyalty of staff during customer service . We were not satisfied with the room as it was too small. We spoke to the receptionist, and she gave us an upgrade to a bigger room, and we paid an additional €50 plus the room cost . On behalf of my family brother and sister, we would like to extend our appreciation to the entire reception team, Diame/David/Claudia/Juliev/Kevin, and Jim. Thanks to Noreen, who has been serving all the time with a big smile. The genersouty of the hotel owner and management team. Snak ( juice, hot drinks, and cake) were served all day at free cost to hotel customers.

The Hotel is location within a ten minute walk of the railway station. It is ideally located in a quiet mainly residential district. The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly and brought a sense of real joy , especially Noreen who made every morning so cheerful along with Diame, David and Charles. A terrific team who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable ; thank you all. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food available which was plentiful and full of variety. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower hot and powerful.
